Following the insights from our recent roundtable, From Hype to Habit, commercial real estate organisations are ready to move beyond habitual technology adoption and incremental operational gains toward meaningful, measurable impact.

Reframing Value in Commercial Real Estate: The Shift from Hype to Habit through Digital Transformation is an invite-only, interactive roundtable designed to explore the next phase of the sector’s digital journey. The session will examine how digital transformation is influencing commercial real estate - not just improving how assets operate, but potentially reshaping the purpose and value of property itself.

Rather than starting with technology alone, the roundtable will consider the broader forces redefining commercial real estate, including changing occupier expectations, sustainability pressures, evolving working patterns, and shifting investment priorities. Digital tools and data are positioned not as the end goal, but as the enablers that help reveal what the future of commercial property could look like.

A carefully selected group of members will come together for an open, candid discussion. Participants will be invited to share their own priorities, challenges, and questions ahead of the session, helping to shape the agenda and ensure the conversation reflects the realities of those in the room.

This roundtable is an opportunity for collaborative thinking and shared insight - shifting from established habits toward high-impact transformation across the commercial real estate ecosystem.
