BPF Sustainability Conference
The BPF sustainability conference is back, and is taking place on Wednesday 17 September at Travers Smith, 2-3 Hosier Lane, London EC1A 9LQ. This now annual event will bring together ESG and sustainability professionals, industry leaders and senior stakeholders to debate and discuss the key issues facing the sector and to share insights and experiences.
In the lead-up to the BPF Sustainability Conference, we are organizing an exclusive roundtable event for 20 BPF Future delegates. This intimate session will provide a unique platform for emerging leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue around key sustainability challenges and opportunities. SPF Annual Dinner
The SPF Annual Dinner is one of the most anticipated night of the year for Scottish real estate professionals. This very popular event brings together over 400 industry leaders, property professionals and key stakeholders for an evening of great food, engaging speeches and exceptional networking opportunities.
Held in EICC in Edinburgh on 2 October 2025, the dinner features thought-provoking addresses from prominent figures in politics, business and the property sector. It’s also an opportunity to gain unique insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry while celebrating the achievements of the past year.

Supporting our BPF Futures network
BPF Futures is a network of over 2,400 junior-in-career professionals. We host over 30 events a year and run an industry-leading mentoring programme.
If you're interested in supporting BPF Futures, we've opportunities to host the network or sponsor refreshments at one of our events. We're particularly looking for sponsors who are able to host our members outside of London, particularly in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.
The types of events we host range from debates and Hackathons to panel and networking sessions. Some of our events are more intimate, with around 30 attendees, but we tend to host events for around 60 attendees.
