We work collaboratively with policy makers and other industry stakeholders to create a thriving built environment that provided the homes, leisure and employment spaces that Scotland needs.

SPF response to call for comments on ADS changes

The Scottish Property Federation response to the Scottish Parliament's Finance & Public Administration Committee call for comments on changes to the Additional Dwelling Supplement. The Scottish Government has increased the rate of ADS to 6%.
