Welcome to Crosswind Developments

We are delighted to welcome Crosswind Developments into membership at the Scottish Property Federation. Their Elements Edinburgh site is set to create much-needed new homes, along with 1m sq.ft commercial space, supporting Edinburgh’s growing communities and economy. This is exactly the kind of investment in placemaking that we welcome and wish to see succeed in Edinburgh and across Scotland.

David Melhuish, Director at SPF said "Crosswind's Elements Edinburgh site is the keystone in exciting plans to unlock the potential and transform West Edinburgh, their focus on sustainability and inclusion for this brownfield site is very much in line with our own values and I look forward to working with the team over the coming months to support their vision becoming reality."

Caroline Cuthbertson, Operations Director of Crosswind added "We're excited to have the opportunity to join the SPF, collaborating with the team offers great opportunities to engage with the wider placemaking community and support the ethos for our Elements Edinburgh site. We believe our commitment to creating a truly inclusive, welcoming community where life, work, and nature exist side by side is unique and we look forward to bringing it to life."

Andrew Sutherland, Non-Executive Director for Crosswind and previous Chair of SPF commented “The Scottish Property Federation plays a vital role in representing the interests of the property development industry across Scotland and has an ongoing dialogue with the many facets of the public sector at both local authority and national government levels. We felt it important that Crosswind lend its support and commitment to the SPF given our shared aspirations for creating high quality, sustainable developments as a means of attracting investment into the Scottish market and assisting the continued growth of the economy.”
