Regeneration Planning roundtable at CBRE.

This interactive roundtable, introduced by Adam White (Executive Director, CBRE Planning & Development), will be a case study-led discussion on the successful delivery of town centre regeneration projects through public-private partnerships.

Focusing on real‑world examples, the session will explore how collaboration between local authorities, investors, developers and industry partners can unlock sustainable regeneration and long‑term value. Participants will gain practical insights into what has worked, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned when aligning public ambition with private sector delivery.
