Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) are hosting an exclusive preview visit to TURA on Wednesday 20th May at 3:00pm, with 20 spaces reserved specifically for RE:Futures.

TURA is one of LGIM’s newest Build‑to‑Rent schemes and is not yet open to the public as first lets are expected in June, making this a rare opportunity to gain an early look at their latest product ahead of launch.

What’s included:

• Build‑to‑Rent market overview from the LGIM team
• Guided tour of the TURA site
• Duration: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour
• Exclusive early‑access insight into a brand‑new scheme

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in the BtR sector, upcoming LGIM developments, or understanding more about one of the most anticipated schemes in the pipeline.

The tour will be led by Paul Winterburn, LGIM's Leeds City Manager.
