The scheme is great for anyone who is uncertain about their career goals.
Having a mentor can help you see your situation from a different perspective; after every meeting with my mentor, I would go to work motivated and determined to excel.
This programme has a lot to give and YOU are in control of what you get from it.
How the Programme Works
Structure
Participants are matched based on experience, interests and development goals. Each pairing is encouraged to meet regularly over a 6-month or 12‑month period, supported by:
