    The Scottish Property Federation is the voice of the real estate industry in Scotland, an industry that accounts for one in every 13 jobs. We work collaboratively with policy makers and other industry stakeholders to create a thriving built environment that provided the homes, leisure and employment spaces that Scotland needs.

Join RE:Futures and CBRE for an engaging evening designed to bring together the next generation of talent in the living sector.

 

Hosted at The Observatory, Henrietta House, this summer mixer will explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping today’s living landscape from shifting investor sentiment to the evolving demands across build-to-rent, student accommodation, and affordable housing.

 

The programme will feature insights from Jason Hardman, Head of UK Living Sector at CBRE, alongside perspectives from CBRE’s Living Capital Markets team, Olly Tincknell and Molly Skan, and guest contributions from industry clients. Through a series of short, thought-provoking presentations and interactive discussions, attendees will gain practical insight into navigating a changing market while building valuable connections across the sector.
