    The Scottish Property Federation is the voice of the real estate industry in Scotland, an industry that accounts for one in every 13 jobs. We work collaboratively with policy makers and other industry stakeholders to create a thriving built environment that provided the homes, leisure and employment spaces that Scotland needs.

Overview:

We would like to invite you to join us for a breakfast presentation and review of the findings of the Bayes Commercial Real Estate Lending Survey for the year to December 2025, which was a difficult financing year with many changes for the CRE debt market.

The proceedings will commence with presentation of the survey results by Nicole Lux, followed by a panel discussion. The panel members will respond with their personal thoughts on the survey’s findings and a debate will follow.

Please note: The event will be held under the Chatham House Rule and is closed to media.

This event is open to APL, RE:UK and CREFC Europe members only and is free of charge.
