Join us on May the 12th as we present the first release of the MSCI UK Quarterly Property Index 2026.
We left 2025 with retail and industrial leading the way but within these the markets the differential between better the best and the rest was becoming increasingly difficult to isolate.
So far, 2026 has seen rapidly changing dynamics both locally and globally; will the same sectors prevail or will we start to see some turbulence. Where is UK real placed for 2026 and where will we see growth?
