Overview:

As real estate fund managers continue to navigate a period of sustained market pressure, attention is increasingly turning to the factors within their control.

While macroeconomic conditions, interest rates and geopolitical uncertainty remain influential, this webinar, in association with Apex, will focus on the practical steps managers and advisers can take to strengthen fund resilience. From valuation integrity and liquidity management to operating model efficiency and data transparency, the discussion will explore how funds are adapting to meet evolving investor expectations.

Rather than focusing on external forces, this webinar will examine the actionable levers available to managers today, and how these can be applied to enhance performance, credibility and long-term positioning.

Key topics include:

  • Valuation integrity and maintaining investor confidence
  • Liquidity management in uncertain market conditions
  • Operating model evolution across large and SME managers
  • Cost efficiency and Total Expense Ratio (TER) considerations
  • Data quality, transparency and the role of technology and AI
  • Responding to increased investor scrutiny and reporting expectations
  • Embedding sustainability considerations into decision-making
