The Real Estate;UK bi-annual European Consensus Forecasts publication brings together independent forecasts of European prime office rental growth, providing a snapshot of expected market performance across major office locations.
For the Spring 2026 survey, 14 organisations contributed data for one or more of the 30 prime office locations throughout Europe. As fewer than five forecasts were received for Athens and Moscow, the report omits any analysis of these markets.
European prime office rental value growth forecasts for 2026, 2027 and 2028 are presented alongside three-year (2025-2027) and five-year (2025-2029) rolling averages.
