We work collaboratively with policy makers and other industry stakeholders to create a thriving built environment that provided the homes, leisure and employment spaces that Scotland needs.

In the April edition of SPF Voice, our Chair reflects on a busy spring for the sector, while Robin Presswood from Dundee City Council shares industry insight on Dundee’s waterfront regeneration. SPF Director, David Melhuish looks at the Pension Schemes Act and its implications for investment.
