BPF Futures - Moda, Holland Park site tour

Join us on Tuesday 1 October for a site visit to Moda's brand new Holland Park in Glasgow!

Situated in the heart of the city centre, Holland Park is Moda's latest build to rent scheme with over 400 apartments.The team will take you on a tour of the building giving you an exclusive opportunity to have a sneak peak of the flats and amenity space including the gym and cinema room! 

Planning Director, James Blakey will give a short presentation on Moda's modern rental vision, the challenges of pulling together this fantastic development and the impact of BTR on wider communities and the economy. 

Afterwards, join us for a sunset drink in the residents private dining room which boasts great views of Glasgow's skyline! 

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

4.30pm – Arrival and welcome drinks

5pm – Introductions and address by James R Blakey, Planning Engagement Director, on the project followed by Q&A round

5.30pm – 6.30pm – Site tour (in groups)
