SPF Annual Conference 2023

We invite you to attend our fifteenth SPF Annual Conference, to be held this year at Glasgow’s iconic Scottish Events Campus. The theme for this year is 'Redefining Real Estate for Scotland' and we will use this to address our industry’s key roles in the economy and the communities in which we live, work and play. The event will be interactive and allow plenty of opportunity for industry networking with 250 delegates from across the property industry.

Our four panel sessions will cover:

  • The Cost of Living and Property - to focus on residential investment
  • Transforming Planning – to focus on the NPF4 and resourcing the planning service
  • Successful and sustainable towns and cities – to focus on urban renewal and the net zero agenda
  • Innovation and investment – to focus on the potential for collaboration between industry, higher education and local government and the benefits this can bring to the wider economy and society.

Conference Partners

For many SPF members some of their most important stakeholders are the local authorities whose areas they work in. For this annual conference, Redefining Real Estate, we are delighted to welcome Dundee City Council, Glasgow City Councils, Fife Council and City of Edinburgh Council as exhibitors of this year’s event.
